Worcester Bosch Greensource Air to Water

Hi,
I have a Worcester Bosch Greensource Ait to Water Heat Pump 9.5kw. My problem is that my unit is showing hot water storage at 30 degrees! Sometimes the lightning bolt heater symbol switches on but this does not raise the temperature significantly. The heating temperature is around 29 degrees and this is effected too!
Any ideas please?
