Yes that is it, not sure it will cover you as there isnt any damage but I have worked on jobs where they did even though there was nosigns of damage, give them a call they might cover it

You would think they would like to get ahead of the problem wouldnt you rather then having to pay out even more for when it does properly start leaking.
