Not familiar with the worcester condensers except the 26Cdi xtra, had a similar problem on a 350 model, the byepass built into the boiler was open too far, has your boiler got a built in manual byepass that needs adjusting

Interesting thought, boiler come tea urn, bliss!

The guy who fitted it is coming back on Wednesday to check it out.

I've been watching it and the rate at which the flow temp increases would seem to fit in with the pump speed not being very high.

It was a bit of a cold night last night and in 6 hours the room temp only reached 19 DegC! It took 5 hours to get there.

There is a pump setting in the service menu, it's on the default setting at the moment, 4 on a range of one to seven. I'm not sure what this setting does though, as Kev mentioned it's a variable speed pump.

One thing I am impressed with is the DHW flow rate, it delivers an absolutely stunning shower :D

I'll keep looking at the menus and settings and will let you know how things develop.

Thanks for the suggestions so far though,

Jon
