worcester bosch warning

I am a gas engineer and have been informed that the Greenstars and Juniors have a GAS RUBBER HOSE THAT CAN SPLIT best past the word on to anyone you know so they can call worcester before they do a recall

I wonder what Genius at worcester bosch thought of that one and if bosch are allowed to use rubber hoses why cant we use flexis so long as they are away from a heat source and are not affected by gas , Which clearly they are in bosch boilers , They will no doubt try to fob it off . I thought these things had to be checked before they were sold or am i missing. With the price of gas rising I think its a bit rich to be skimping using defective rubber hoses. I pity any bugger who has a bosch with this split hose that is struggling to pay his gas bill . I wonder will bosch be doing refunds in certain cases.
