hi my father in law has a worcester bosh hp40 that cuts out at different times,when the central is switched on it can last 20 minutes or 2 hours before it cuts out,the pilot light goes off, have renewed the overheat sensor,and thermal coupling, renewed diverter vacum 5 months ago that seems fine, the boiler works properly all rads heated well and dw fine,it just cuts out at different times , driving me mad please help. thanks

2thermocouple to gas valve
check the connections more so the valve end if it has one of them plastic blocks in connected to the o/h stat
