you also need to check for air after draining and refilling
when it fires does it sound like a hollow noise or rattling if it does then it could be air trapped in heat exchanger stopping flow if it is then increase pressure to 2bar cold 2.5 bar hot with pump running this some times clears air locks and if it clears reduce pressure back to 1.25 cold 1.5-1.75 hot
