Worcester combi boiler fires up all the time , programme is set water constant heating off but 1 rad downstairs heats up , Works fine on thermostat ?

Crystalball.exe invalid command
you cant set hot water constant on a combi, it is always on and is activated when you open up a hot water outlet, are you sure you have a combi ?
