Worcester Digistat Optimiser which replacement do i need?

Hi,
Have recently moved house and the Greenstar 37CDi combi boiler will not switch on the central heating. It does provide hot water thankfully. We think the digistat may be broken. I would like to buy a new one and re-pair the new one with the boiler. However I am not sure which to buy. I know that it needs to be wireless but when I look around there seem to be subtle differences in the unit numbers and the one I have does not indicate which specific unit it is?
Does anyone have any tips as to how I can find out which replacement unit to buy?
