I was wondering if anyone can help. I've just returned from holiday and our house was freezing, when I checked the boiler I noticed it was flashing red "reset" button and another flashing blue button. Tried to reset it but it keeps going back to flashing red and blue buttons after a bunch of noise. When we left my husband set the boiler to "vacation" mode but it's been snowing since we've been away. Any suggestions??? It's a combi bosch boiler installed less than 3 years ago. I've tried switching it off and on at the mains but no luck. Do you think it's due to a frozen pipe???
