Worcester Greenstar 34CDi return temperature?

Hi all. We've just had a Greenstar 34CDi fitted and the manual doesn't state what the differential temperature of the flow should be. I've seen both 12 and 20 degrees stated as a differential to be aiming for when balancing.

Does anyone know whether this system should be balanced for a 12 or 20 degree drop in return temperature?
