Hi, I cannot get my boiler to heat up. I have been away for a few days, the boiler had not been switched off. When I returned it was cold so I went to the boiler to rearrange the time I wanted heat to come on. I noticed the boiler appeared to be coming on but there didn't seem to be a flame and the display was flashing C1 press reset button. But the reset button was not flashing so pressing this made no difference. Is there any way I can physically light the flame myself or do I need to get someone in the know to take a look? or could the problem be something else?
Thanks.

No, I'm afraid that you cannot light the pilot as it doesn't have one.. From memory code C1 is a fan fault so I'm afraid that you will need to get on to the dog and bone and find yourself a CORGI..
