help please...just been having a saniflow fitted for a utility loo,boiler in utility.Have noticed in the last couple of days a small /medium leak from a pipe leading from a waste pipe into bottom of the boiler....any ideas ??

By what you describe I would think it is the condense pipe partially blocked and needs cleaning out.
