just a couple of questions about greenstars. why after having them in service mode do you get the inverted t, flashing between the temptature, not always but some times. again after servicing why do you sometimes get ..(2 dots) either high or low on the display screen. im on a new contract which is full of them have never worked on them before and theres nothing in the book. any answers appreciated

You mean the inverted t as in the syphon fill program?, it gos on for 30 minutes after a break in the electrical supply.
 
think the 2 dots might the air purge programme-only tuned the electric off one of them the once to sort a gas leak-dam thing stuck in air purge mode had to cal worcs out as it was still under warranty.
 
Whats that syphon fill program all about? apart from being a pain in the a*se.

The pump purge is a once in a lifetime thing regardless of power being turned off. Although this can be reset if you know how.

The two t's is trap fill mode as is exactly that. There is no sensor so its timed at around 15mins. This activates everytime the power is cut.

It runs the boiler at around 40*c to produce max ammount of condense.
 
Thanks olski I know what it does and why, I just can't understand why it does it every time the boiler disconnected. as bripl said it's a kin nuisance having to wait while it does its thing.
