Worcester he plus - can I fit an external timer

I have a Worcester he plus 35 with a TR2 stat fitted. As the boiler is in the garage I would like to wire an external timer rather than use the integral timer that is part of the boiler. I know there are timers available for later boilers but is anyone aware of an option for the HE plus?
