I have 14 year old worcester bosch hi-flow 4.5 combi boiler which has a leak on the water tank can anybody advise a possible website that stocks replacements or any product which might fix the leak, the pressure in the tank is 1 bar not sure if the products stocked at local diy will work at these levels, have tried to patch leak with belzona but hasnt worked

any advice would be welcome :?:

Not sure about a 4.5, is that the same as a 3.5 or a 400, if it's the 3.5 steel tank they leak from around the welds on the side, usually I change the expansion vessel too. 4-500 in materials and budget a good day in labour possibly more if the allen screws holding the front of the tank in are corroded (or get yourself a cutting disc on an angle grinder). I'd probably rate this one as number one in my most hated jobs!
