We had this boiler installed about 3 1/2 years ago. It was ok for about the first year and ever since then has been very tempremental on whether it will provide hot water or not. It seems to be very much affected by how cold it is outside and also how much we have used it. Sometimes the warning light will flash so we reset it and then have to leave it about 6 hours beofre it will work again. Sometimes it will drip. Sometimes the pilot light just won't switch on at all. etc etc. You just never know when you switch it on what is going to happen.

Unfortunately the company that installed it don't seem to be interested and say they only do installations, so they recommended a company to us to fix it, they showed us how to use the key in the bottom to make the pressure go up again and replaced some rubber bits (not much change out of £200 for that), but since then we are still having the same problems!!

Don't know if anyone on here can give any advice or recommend a plumber/boiler service person in the Brighton area!!??

Thanks

Cant say without seeing it. Ring Worcester and request a service call. They will do the necessary diagnosis and replace upto three major parts for around £180 inc VAT.
