Iv been asked to lk at a Worcester Junior boiler, its apparently increasing in pressure pretty rapidly, and going on what shes descibed its relieving pressure at 3 bar then the pilot light goes out. She then tops it back up to 1.5 and turns the boiler back on and repeats the same process. Iv been given some advice but just wondered if anyone knew what was the probable cause. Thanx for any advice.

when does the pressure rise up? when heating is on or when a demand is placed on boiler for hw?
