hi anyone seen a unit called a powerflo sited next to a gas boiler in this case a floor mounted worcester comie, and if so what does it do?

is it a highflow?? about the size of a washingmachine??
the boiler is a highflow yes the powerflo is sat next to it the same hight but half the width
It boosts the hot water performance.
