Can anybody tell me if the non-return valves in the pump housings of this boiler are servicable, i think i have htg valve stuck in open position as htg flow gets hot when htw demand and htg off

I dont know the official answer to that question.

But I would use an acidic sludge remover in the boiler only and expect that will probably loosen them if they are jammed by dirt.
