Workbench Clamp with Rounded Jaws

Hi,

I'm not sure if this in the correct place but I've searched the net and can't find what I am looking for.

I need a workbench mounted clamp/vice that has rounded jaws to hold the objects I am working on. The objects are hooks for the end of ropes so I need the rounded jaws to be relatively small.

If someone could point me in the right direction that would be great.

Would a fly tying vice do the job?

Not sure what size of jaws you need.
