Working Routing Jig

I have inherited a worktop routing jig. It is stamped HB1000 pro and produced in 2005.
Can anyone tell me who the manufacturer is or better still where I can obtain a copy of the user instructions. There are so many holes and numbers on it I need to have somethings that explains individual set-ups. Many thanks.
 
Trend are probably the biggest manufacturer of jigs and cutters in the UK so you could look on their site.

They have spares and also downloadable instructions on how to use jigs.

I am not saying this will solve your problem but it is a starting point.
