Wossat for??

NO the thing which would work for bigger fittings has the cryptic colour clue.
Often come in packs of three, but not what you're now thinking of!

My bung thing, is what's nothing much like a Fischer bolt.

It is, is is similar to, a Fisher bolt as sold to be used to fix a hand basin to the wall.
It's nothing like a Fischer bolt.

I dont know why Chris, who primarily works on boilers, wants to get involved with anything to do with plumbing though!
In that case why don't you ask him, and preferably before this site becomes a litany of things you don't know.

FIscher bolt type thing.

Oh Tony I found a boiler once which had a "header tank" connected to it. Yes I believe they sell them in shops which do stuff called "plumbing".

By the way I put the mains up the bung thing, from the other way as it were, and I still couldn't pull it out, so it'll be handy for flushing heating systems.

CLue - the black yellow blue... things are rubber and 40mm diameter.

What about the internals of a honeywell zone valve for a larger dome??

you can get the service kit for about a fiver.

How did you get on with the clearing of your blockage in that awkward pipe Chris??

KWYM but I don't remember them as big enough

The 3/4 domed tap washer I have is 23mm at widest.
Now you've made me measure it I can't see why it shouldn't close a 22mm tank connector, but it doesn't, it sort of slips inside.
Super glue between the penny washer and the tap washer dome flat would work for a while, or some sort of cone or maybe another rubber washer.

This is the sketch wot I posted (Argi I think) last year. 8 months + ago  , what do you expect, I'm a plumber !

That blocked pipe SDGM? - oh yeah, better call them I suppose.
(Look, I've worked out how to solve the problem, probably, now DOING it is BORING!)

Oh and the 40mm black yellow blue bung - see :D :D :D :

is a squash ball.

Which reminds me why there's one in my suitcase. If you go to Albania, Chad, North of Watford, etc, you need them because people steal basin plugs from hotels.
WHich reminds me, :!: you could use a "travel basin plug" on the screwed bit of the Rawlbolt.
