Screw end to cap off shower

Short version, shower is dripping slowly. Is there a screw-on cap I can get from Amazon or similar to blank it off until I get it fixed properly?

Long version, had a new cartridge fitted 14 months ago by Mira, and want to see if they will come and fix under warranty before I do anything else.
