Would missing vertical hung tile cause leaks into the house ?

Hi,

Appreciate your advice if a missing external vertical hung tile would cause leaks into the house ? Is it urgent that I need to replace it or can I leave it as it is ?

Noticed it fell off this morning. Also, not sure if the tile to the right is dislodged by the missing one/storm Eunice or just misaligned when it was put on.
