Hello. The drawings show about 8 courses of bricks with a plinth course along the front of the house with the words "to be painted grey" it seems now it might look better to use red bricks and not paint them.
Also the hatchings indicate the porch will be rendered and white. Any chance for it to be red brick also.
Any idea if there's room for movement or is it just tough?
