We have a Double Plug where the cooker is going, it's gonna be a single oven/gas hob under 2900kw so 13a will be ok.

Now the DS is halfway up the wall and when the oven will be there, the switch will not have easy access to it.

Now is this safe?, or should i either move the plug, as there is a spur coming of this already.

Ok I'll start it off, I would suggest No. it is not "safe" but definitely wait for a grown up to answer first !

If it's a double plug, then you could still seriously overload it, as I say wait for an experienced sparky to comment.

either that or if the distance of the CU isint too far away, give it itz own radial to prevent overload on that circuit (not so bad if the kitchen has itz own ring circuit)

With a ring, the question is not how many sockets there are, but what is going to be plugged in. You can maybe run 25 hi-fis with the same power as one washing machine.
