Bl00dy hell you're planning TBOE as well!? That's got us up to 9 variations of each radiator size for the radiator manufacturer to make & keep in stock, and the merchants / installers to need to order correctly.Good to know, could still be achievable with a fixed tail , one top and one bottom
If it was available in the same range of sizes as standard radiators, at the same price point, then maybe sometimes. But an increasing amount of my work now is in the retrofit air source heat pump market, where we need higher flow rates due to the reduced temperature difference between flow & return. 15mm compression valves are often unsuitable as you just can't push water through them fast enough without them getting unacceptably noisy, so we end up using ¾" union valves instead. Radiators with fixed 15mm compression tails couldn't be used in that scenario.
Yeah I fear you may be right, especially as the OP has now vanished. Unless they were serious and have now gone off to cry into their coffee having spent large sums of money patenting a ridiculous ideaStarting to look like a windup post
Probably now put all his money into packaging nowYeah I fear you may be right, especially as the OP has now vanished. Unless they were serious and have now gone off to cry into their coffee having spent large sums of money patenting a ridiculous idea
I started this stupid idea 2 yrs ago after my 24 yr old autistic son completed his degree and he found that because of his disability no one would employ him (not even a plumber). So I asked for his help. Within a year he had produced technical drawings and 3D animations to demonstrate which was now our stupid idea. A by-product of his work was that he taught himself computer coding over a year. At his first interview he presented his work on our patent and now works confidently for a cyber security firm. This was never about me it was only ever about him. So please laugh away at my foolishness and I appreciate all your feedback as I can now put this to bed.Yeah I fear you may be right, especially as the OP has now vanished. nearly year to come up with the patent but you never looked at the absolute basicsI started this stupid idea 2 yrs ago after my 24 yr old autistic son completed his degree and he found that because of his disability no one would employ him (not even a plumber).
