Would you paint over this... need to do today..

Hi guys, I've got an internal smooth cement rendered garage wall that I would like to get painted today prior to a spark coming to fit sockets and surface mount cables..

Would you paint this now or should I hold out?!

It's only seeing that chair that gives me an idea on the scale of your photo.

You need to wait, or you risk the paint flaking off.
