Would you use this paint?

I bought some paint from Amazon in late August but didn't inspect it when it arrived.

I opened it today, and the lid had come loose and some paint had come out. However, it was still sealed in a plastic outer.

What do you think?

If it is just some leakage and the paint is liquid I don't see a problem, might need a tiny drop of solvent in case it has thickened up a bit.
