WTD - Quiet toilet seat

A strange title, but

The lads leave the seats up and the girls knock them down with their feet, so there is a clatter at night.

Has anyone come across ones that are quiet, have more softer stoppers between the seats and lid?

An alternative approach - Some concealed cisterns are designed with the flush button fitted behind the raised seat, so you've got to close the seat to flush the toilet.
