Yale 6400 System HELP PLEASE

We have been using this system for some weeks, and all seemed o.k. until we set the alarm off accidently by, we think pressing the wrong button on the key fob.
The "panel alarm" went off, the system dialled out to the 2 tele. nos. after which we were able to disable the system.

We noticed the Siren did not activate.

The panel has ALARM ALARM on it, which we cannot eliminate, as the panel seems dead i.e. does not respond when buttons are pressed.

With the Siren fitted, do we have to relearn it, if so, what is the best way ?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Check that none of the buttons on the panel are staying pressed in. Sometimes the rubber buttons can get trapped and not pop completely back.

You will have to relearn your siren in assuming you did not learn it in properly at the start.

use the devices - program siren - learn siren options.

Thought I`d Have to rlearn the Siren.

are you following the correct reset rocedure.. green disarm button followed by code then press any button four or five times until Alarm off is seen again.

If the siren definately is not responding then you will have to learn it in again.
