Yale EF-KIT2 not dialling out to phones

Hi guys.

I have a Yale EF-KIT2. I have just set it up and am trying out the test report function. I have my mobile number and my wife’s on the system but when trying it does not ring either of our phones. It says it ring and playing the message but not actually doing anything.

my phone line is fine as I can call out to my mobile. Not sure what else to try?

if it says its dialling out but not reaching your mobiles, have you got someone with a landline you can try and get it to dial?

how long is left going out?
is there not a test function?
when you do a test function what does it say
are the mobile numbers in the correct format?

It is the test function I am trying. Yes numbers are in the correct format. I will have to try a landline
