Yale Smart Hub 2.0 (SR-HUB) issue after disconnect

After my son unplugged the Smart Hub it "beep" intermittently every 4-6 mins.
I have since connected it to mains power and reset.

It is now making a 2 tone "chime" which I have never heard before. Nothing showing up in the log.

I have tried resetting and changing batteries
