Yale Wireless Alarm

Hi All

Got a problem with my Yale Alarm, and the customer services from Yale is , well lets say slow.

Ive got a Yale SR 330 and over the last few months every time the alarm is set it shows

One or More devices are open: Following devices are registered as open : Front Door

However the door is shut completely , I have the front foot on timer Entry Zone ( part alarm and full alarm)

Why is this? The sensor and device are right next to each other, maybe 1 - 1.5 mm apart so wouldn't have through any issue with the distance.

When the front door is opened after setting the alarm it doesn't count down, and the same on coming back in the house if armed.

Is there any reason for this? Ive done the walkthrough and all connected fine with max levels aswell.

any this is a normal PVC Door same as the back door and no issues there?

also Bypass , and chime are off aswell

Don't install Yale.

however, I would check that zones walk test, if they don't, either batteries are flat in one or more device or they are all faulty???

How long has the system been in?

Hi

No longer than 6 months , it’s iust this one door

Wondered if it’s the pads not picking it up properly. I read router may affect it so have moved the box away aswell but still no joy

If not I’ll move one of the sensors off the back door and swap them to see if there’s still an issue
