was wondering if anyone has any ideas.
we have had our zannusi dw908 dishwasher for about 10 years, put it on the other day as we would normally do and went out. on our return we could smell burning which we traced the smell to the inside of the machine. on further investigation it seems that although it sounds as if water is going in, its very minamal and does not cover the element (or even come above the grey plastic tray at the bottom),which i guess has got rather hot and melted the cutlery basket. checked all the usual things pipes, water pressure etc. is there a cure or is it time for a new one....
