I have a Zanussi washer/dryer WJS 1397 W and recently it has developed 2 problems:
1 - I have noticed small black marks on some/most of my laundry, it looks a bit like oil but I'm not sure it is. It's already wrecked many of my shirts!
2 - When it starts to spin it makes an incredible rattling sound like I left a rock in the drum or something. This has only developed in the last half dozen cycles or so.
Please could anyone offer some help to these 2 problems, are they linked? How do I solve them?
The last thing I want is to go out and buy a new machine, particulary as I've just been made redundant!!
