Can someone please help me im at the end of my tether.Drum hasn`t been spinning and hubby refuses to look at it 
!!! Everything works as normal apart from that. I have been looking through the forum and read Shaunbairds problem with his and the solutions Fido gave him which i followed. I managed to up turn the machine and theres a clear piece of plastic connected to what ever underneath(think behind the filter) i wiggled this clear plastic a bit and the drum is now moving everything seems to be fine at the moment. Can someone please explain to me what the clear plastic is and if i need to do anything with it to stop it from moving again. Thankyou.
