ZANUSSI WJD1667W - Door Stuck

Hi, has anyone had an issue with the Zanussi Washer/Dryer WJD1667W with the door being stuck?

The washing cycle has completed and the machine is completely drained.
The completed beeping sounds have been made and the door release noise has been done. The door light is also off.

I have checked the filter and it is clear. I have also taken the pipe off the back and blew through it to ensure that it is clear. Again this is OK.

BUT THE DOOR STILL WON'T OPEN!!

Any ideas?

You could try squeezing the release lever & pushing in before trying to open the door, but it sounds like the latch may be jammed or broken or both & you will need to remove the lid & with the power off stick your hand down the front & physically release the latch.
