Zanussi ZKI245 door won't open ??

Hi

I have a zanussi washer/dryer model number ZKI245, product number 914606103 and the door won't open after it has finished it's cycle ?? Any ideas would be grateful as I have lost the manual as well

Has it drained the water? . If it has and has spun the clothes try turning the main dial to zero so there is no power to the display wait a few mins and door should open if it does then the door switch is at fault
