We have had the said washer dryer for about 5 years now, and very recently the conditioner was not going into the wash.
Anyway, my other half got someone locally to come and have a look, which he did. This chap told my other half that it was to do with some filter inside the washer just below the filler drawer which was clogged and need cleaning.
AFAIK, the conditioner now goes through into the wash.
Interestingly though, was that the chap told my other half that the washer was made by AEG in 2005, as Zanussi don't make washing machines any more.
