ZANUSSI ZWF1632W-Wont spin wont drain water:(

I need help i have a zanussi ZWF1632W and I done a wash yesterday when i took the clothes out realised they were rather wet then realised it did not spin. I turned it off for a while then turned it back on to see if it would spin and it didn't and all of a sudden decided not to drain either GRRRRRRRR.....

I have cleaned that bit at the bottom out there was nothing in there that i could see just water came out. I don't know what to do I cannot offered to get anyone out nor can i afford a new one does anyone have any ideas as to what i can do?

Someone said to to me it could be the carbon brushes?? or the pump but where do i find these things?
Also I tried to do the diagnostic things and the filter light is red all the other ones are green not sure if this is normal :/

now you have emptyed the water set it on spin and see if it now spins if it does then either the pump is jammed with something or is seized if it doesnt spin then likely to be the brushes. If you remove the filter and shine a torch in the hole you can see the pump impellors without having to remove the pump and pick out whats jamming it .
