my zanussi nexus fl884 wont spin

hi my zanussi nexus FL884 washes ok but the when it comes to the spin you have to take most of the awshing out and spin abit at a time other wise it wont spin at all can ant one help!

You need to remove the lid,after unplugging! you are looking for a silver tube about 4 inches long with two wires attached to it underneath the metal cross support.Amongst the various numbers and letters written on it you should see 16uf.These are available on Ebay for about £3.
