Hi, I recently painted my garage door, i gave it a good clean, got rid of debris and loose paint before putting on two coats of Zinsser exterior paint, looked good when it was done,
But now every time it rains i get these white marks on there (see pics attached) they go away when the weather dries out and come back when it rains again….
Does anyone know what this is and how to stop it please?
Thanks

I have experienced this with two outdoor paints before. It was exterior woodstain, actually - not the product you have used.

A sort of a milky residue, when it rains?

For me, the problem disappeared on it's own after about three weeks.
