We have similar - albeit a 1980s house, beam and block and 75mm screed. Currently thinking lift screed back to B&B and then > 75mm PIR boards > UFH heating pipes in a 40mm liquid screen > porcelain tiles.

Hi Woody, can you help please. My BCO has said my annex extension is now classed as a utility room from a porch on the plans. It is a porch but due to a small kitchen, it houses the washer and dryer, no sink and the boiler is in there. They have told me I have to change my plans and drawings, I now need an extractor fan.
