Fence and base quote

I've been quoted to replace 5 fence panels, new concrete posts (Stagger so they won't clash with the old ones which will just be sawn off), and to lay a concrete shed base for a 8 x 8ft shed.

£900 inc materials.

Is this ok?

Don't know what part of the country your in, but berkshire area I price per panel with concrete slotted post at £65 for supply & erection, as for staggering the new fence to miss the old posts & concrete I'd do the same thing.
Concrete base I've just done one 3 meters x 3 meters for £250 ish, if in doubt about the base call your local building supplier & ask how much ballast & cement would be needed & cost, this will give a rough idea of material cost & the labour thats getting put on to the job..
