Electric cooker must fitted to a 30a/45a circuit connected staight to distribution board.6mm tw&E cable terminated in a BS4343 30a socket positioned near the cooker for easy access. The cooker can then be isolated locally for safety/maintenance.

6mm² and 45A are not necessarily bed fellows.

And a 30A s/o would be unsuitable for a 45A circuit.

Where will you position the socket for ease of access but not on show?

A cooker circuit of 30a using 6mm csa cable and a 30a socket, protected by a 30a mcb will suffice. The 30a socket is placed near to the cooker,so that the cooker can be isolated. The socket can be under worktop, but it must be easily accessible.
The diversity applicable to the current demand for a cooker makes a 30a circuit suitable and will provide the best protection for it.
