Well, with most companies & I expect ADT also, giving you a Remote Reset in that way is instant dismissal for the engineer concerned, he should know better and you have broken your contract with ADT

Don't think they (ADT) could never find out, all activations / resets are logged at their ARC, some bright spark might just notice what you have done.

no no, i rang him, he told me what it ment then i rang adt control, they are coming out for a look at it tomorrow as it happend when the alarm was disarmed in the middle of the day

i'm expecting cooked batteries as i've just had to change all the ones in the door controllers (fitted at the same time in the same place)
