Potterton Combi 80 - lights on but no hot water

Hi,
I've got a potterton Combi 80 and it seems to be working fine (lights are on) but there is no hot water . Any pointers gratefully appreciated.

When you turn on a hot tap does it make any noises?

Check there is voltage to the fan.

Being a complete novice what is the best way to check the voltage?

Before the fan will start the pump must be operating and make the sys flow switch.

First check with demand see if pump is supplied with power.
