Just been cleaning down a site after finishing a loft conversion and was cleaning the 1st floor windows, noticed that my plumber had covered one of the window cills with grinder sparks(now gone rusty), must have been whilst he was cutting the soil stack.
Now most of it came off with some elbow grease and a green scourer, a very fine layer(barely visible) is still there, where the sparks have melted ever so slightly into the cill (the pits can barely be felt).
Now the lady of the house has noticed is there anything I can use to try and polish it out, she isn't overly worried but I would like if possible to sort it as they are a lovely couple and they want me to price their extension to do at the start of the summer
, so don't mind going the extra mile for them.
