boiler problem

was wandering if someone could help me
got a combi boiler heating is working fine but when the hot water is on it makes a bang and the flame goes of any idea what could be the reason as i said heating is working just fine... :/

Why o why is the make and model number of posters boilers so secret??

ALWAYS post the basic of basics 'a combi' can be any one of a few thousand different models!!

probably something wrong with the thingamujig as the wotsit side seems allright.

Amazingly though,ask them the make and model of thier car/washing machine/dishwasher/hoover etbliddyal then they can tell you quicker than a very quick thing indeed
